With summer holidays and events redeveloping some of my old bad habits. This last week worked on getting back on track. I did pretty good. Also started using the food diary again to track. I hadn't used for awhile. I like the summary and report section where I can review the nutrients, etc. Highlighted some less than ideal choices.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
