Woke up hungry today so had a bigger breakfast than normal. I like eating most of my food early in the day and not eating after 2 or 3pm. I've lost close to 11 pounds since signing up on FS on July 27. The support makes a huge difference in keeping me going.
I'm thinking of posting my own challenge because it would be helpful if people were doing my "desired" WOE with me. It would be to avoid or eliminate as much as possible processed foods and drinks. So I would be giving up my toast and hot chocolate in the mornings and the diet sodas that I just started drinking in the past month. But I'd like to see how much of a difference eliminating the few processed foods I allow myself will make.
