Whoa! I lost 6 lbs in a week! Woo-hoo!

I'm thinking that I can probably be down to 190 lbs by my appointment with my PCP.

I've been really good about eating under 1500 calories every day. I'm proud about that. I've been drinking water, which, if you knew me, you'd understand why that's so amazing. lol

I've steadily walked about 3 miles each day for the past 3 days. Yesterday was a bit less than 3 miles, but still pretty close, and today was over, so I think I made up for it. My goal is to comfortably walk 5 miles without being in pain. I want to get that goal by 3 weeks, so starting next Friday I am going to walk 4 miles, then the following week will be 5.

Chuck bought me an old Schwing. It's adorable, but needs a little work. The brakes need to be fixed before I can take it out, but once we work on it, I'm going to bike often.

I haven't been doing my 8fit, but I am going to try to start next week. Tues, Thurs, and Sat I'll do 30 minutes of strength building.

I am actually excited to start this. I feel like I have the right motivation to get fit. It never seemed enough to just want to lose weight. Now I HAVE to and it makes me feel better knowing I care enough about my health (and heart) to actually try.

201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
