Keto/Low carb

1st meal @ 3:20pm: omega 3 eggs omelette w/bacon,avocado,sour cream, tomato, red onion,hot sauce. The last of my made-ahead in bulk organic broccoli. Kerrygold. Sea salt.

Sorry- no time for macros which are probably near perfect though.😉
