It will work. I was in the same boat as you. It took my body a long time to lose weight eating normally. Try eating a little more .... like 1400 calories or vary your calories once in a while. I hit a plateau and then changed my RDI....I started to lose again. Hang in there.

Hey Jenny, How tall are you? You are already pretty "small" (ya it is all a matter of perspective)... I was at 1200 and without major workout (just walking) I wasn't losing weight either:-( I had to cut back to 1000 and adding workout in every other day, then I started losing weight. Looks like you are already running every other day or so. I would suggest adding more lean protein. I looked a few days of your diet and it looks like you are very light on lean protein, you run around 10-15%. Try to shoot for at least 25 or 30 and see if that helps. I found for me, when i am at about 40carbs, 40 protein, the weight comes off! I didn't do that the last few days and my body is stuck again even at the low calories. I think calannapy has it right, I also go above my RDI one day or so during the week. Nothing in my diet it perfect in any way, but I'm getting there. My goal weight is close to yours, and last time I was your weight, it was just so much harder getting that last 10-15 pounds off. Try to keep the 1200 and add the lean protein, then change up the daily calories if that doesn't work, but I bet it does!! Whoot, let me know what you think...
