I am noting some of my intakes and if anyone would like to comment, please feel free to help me in any way possible. I'm not progressing very much. I know I'm not being strict enough on my food intake, but I have made big adjustments compared to how I used to eat. Daily I have ranged = protein-approx. 40, carbs- approx. 225, fat- approx. 25, and calories- approx. 1200. I will take any input that anyone wants to give me. thank you

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 August 2017:
1544 kcal Fat: 35.09g | Prot: 39.28g | Carb: 273.86g.   Breakfast: Country Crock Spreadable Regular Soft Margarine, Minute Instant Premium White Rice, Sugar, Tea (Brewed). Dinner: Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread - Five Cheese, Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with Beef or Meat, Kroger Enriched Thin Spaghetti Noodles. Snacks/Other: Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red. more...

Hello Debbie, You invited comments, and so I looked at your food chart and quickly ascertained that your Carbs are waaaaaay too high. You should strive for max. 40 grams per day and in a couple of days you will be in a state of ketosis, which kills your desire for sweets and carbs. Keep natural peanut butter and cheeses for snacks. You will never be hungry.You'll lose 2 lbs per week for sure.
