Not really pleased with my progress. I reckon I have to realize that just because 15 yrs. ago losing weight was much easier, and I was still able to have my Pepsi's, etc., but cut down on other things and still lose weight. But now, at my age, I'm going to have to try a different approach. Drinking water is near to impossible for me, but I am going to resort to something else I like. Hawaiin Punch. Much less sugar and calories. I know I'm not as strict as I should be on my Diet, but I'm trying.
