I'm beat!! I worked hard and long today. I am too tired to make dinner so hot dogs it is... Work actually went pretty well but then I went to tutor and the girl was so whiny and obnoxious and didn't want to be there. It took all my self control to not swear at her (she is in 2nd grade). Now I'm drinking and watching survivor.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
