My best results happen when I record my nutrition and exercise! I am going to start dong just that again! I would like to see a -17lbs for the month of March. Lets see if it can happen! :o)
277.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
