So if I want to reach my goal weight before my friend's wedding mid September....
35lbs/4months = 8.75lbs per month Doable. 8.75/4weeks = 2.1875lbs per week. Right at the line of healthy. 2.1875 x 3500 calories = 7656.25 calories
So I need a deficit of 7656.25 calories per week. That's not all that terrible. If I go by day it's (7656.25/7) 1093.75. If I keep my count lower, closer to 1400 per day and continue running, I should be able to do it.
I burn 1700 just laying around. When running I burn around 100 calories per mile. 2-3 miles is my regular. 1700 + 300 = 2000. I'll have to do a little housework or something to squeeze out that last 500.
On days I waitress I'm sure I burn more running around, carrying a heavy tray.
I'll also need to start toning soon...
Overall, definitely doable. If I lower my intake to 1200 a couple days a week that would help as well. Over even try the 6:1 or 5:2...? We'll see!
