1) I'm constipated. 2) I'm not losing weight fast enough, despite working out and dieting together for the first time in my life! 3) I'm re-evaluating my diet today. 4) YAY! GO ME!!

Try the Celestial Seasonings Laxatea before bed. Works really good for me.:) Don't use it for more then a week or you might regret it LOL!

You don't have much to lose so a pound a week is great. Think about it! A person carrying 100 pounds of fat is going to lose much faster than someone who only has 15 left. You don't have a lot of fat on your body so you have to work harder to get it off. If you constipated, it can slow weight loss. Make sure you getting plenty of fiber and drinking water to keep things moving. Get some bran in! A bowl of fiber one works well. Your diet looks very healthy. You just need to work on your patience. Losing weight is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes a lot of time and hard work to build a great body. Just keep going. You will start to see changes over time.

good advice!! I'm in a similar situation - trying to lose 15 total (10 lost so far) and it is slow. It has taken me 2 months of being really good to lose 10 lbs. Drink lots and lots of water, it will flush out salt as well as keep everything else moving. Good job! :)

thank you, all! bran and oats make me bloat, so i try to limit them. i've been taking fiber pills, but they don't do much. i'm recovering from bulimia, so i try not to take laxatives or anorectic pills. i guess i do need to work on my patience... :)
