My name is Amy and I'm a night time security guard in the oilfield. My job is pretty much sedentary for 12 hours and occasionally I walk out of my motorhome to check a truck in. I've recently quit smoking about 6 weeks ago and put on a good 10-15 lbs in a very short time putting me at about 200 lbs.
