Shit happens! I don't know why or what happened but I ate and ate and ate gaining 3 lbs in just over 24 hours. I was eating crap, sweets, chocolate, cake, mini peanut butter cups. I just couldn't stop.
I have now stopped and back on track. I want more than anything to FEEL thin again. I don't need to look thin but I NEED to feel thin.

Still to go: 13.6 lb.
Diet followed poorly.
