well,no walking for me but I did do some. My brother just bought me ps3 ufc trainer. I am so stoked. lol. I am going to do it. Funny thing, I have to do a fit test because they make training programs designed for my fitness level. How awesome is that. I am supposed to go to Florida for Memorial Day weekend wouldn't it be wonderful if I could like drop a good 20 pounds and tighten up before then. It can be done, the question is am I really going to do it and follow the program that is layed out for me. Only God will be able to help me. I am going to set it all up on Sat when I have some me time. Have a blessed night fs.
