I had my FREE day yesterday!

I enjoyed it to the fullest! I had a honey bran muffin and coffee for breakfast..wine, snacks at the movies! Brie and crackers for dinner! GOOD GOD! I haven't fully indulged in my free day in awhile due to holiday social eating.

Having that free day really gets it OUT of your system for the week!

We are headed to the gym and I plan on RUNNING!

Are you having one day where you are not restricted? I think that is a good idea and works for me. You're right, it does seem to get it out of your system. I am doing my own diet too now, as I wasn't really following WW anymore, and actually its been very successful. Good loss by the way - I hope to be where you are by the end of next year - hopefully sooner!

I am having one day to eat ANYTHING I want. It helps during the week to say oh...I can have x,y,z on Saturday. Good job with your own diet...I think once you get in tune with your body it's the best way to go! Good job with YOUR weight loss...your bio cracked me up! Just keep sticking one foot on front of the other and eventually you will get there. I have been trying to shave the last 10lbs off for almost 8 months and only now am I succeeding! Merry Christmas!
