Once again I had meatloaf for supper. However, the meatloaf I had was made by my bride using pork rinds and cheese as binders. How can I get an entry that shows that it's NOT 14g of carbs?

I enter each of my ingredients in proportional amounts that are in my recipe.

Example: If your Keto Meatloaf makes 10 servings divide each ingredient by 10 thus giving you a Carb count for each serving. If it only serves 4...divide by 4 . OR more easily, you can add your recipe into Fat Secret recipe interface to add a recipe. It will automatically calculate carbs per serving when you add in the # of servings per the recipe. The Nutritional box to the right calculates as you input ingredients. I hope this is the info you wanted. You got this Cranky!
