My first time making a healthy breakfast, its only 500 calories but looks like a hell of a lot of food! Heres to weight loss :)

Does this really have 2 different types of rice? I love rice but there is no way I could eat that many carbs. Doesn't this mess with your blood sugar? Tell me the secret if this is something different?

NanaKP I'm from Hawaii and rice is a big staple in meals, I plan to work my way to full brown rice (it's got the whole grain, complex carb), but no personally there's no problem with my blood sugar :)

skinnylisa13 this is 6oz skinless boneless chichen breast, 1 cup microwaved broccoli, and 1 cup of half white half brown rice, with an over-easy egg and sriracha sauce. All from the costco run yesterday
