So after a couple of weeks of remaining stuck at 230, I decided to low carb (under 30g net) for two weeks. After 1 week, I have lost 4 lbs. Definitely needed this to get over the plateau. One more week of this and I will start to introduce some additional, healthy carbs, but probably keep it around 60-75 net grams for awhile. LCHF diets can be costly and time consuming but definitely effective.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
