Day 2 - I am back in the saddle! How I have missed FS and all my buddies... Hope Everyone has been doing well!

I got off of my healthy path when I saw my dr for fatigue. I have had insomnia for years, but during the last year I have really tossed and turned, waking up in the middle of the night and not able to return to sleep, then feeling so fatigued during the day. Dr's verdict: sleep apnea. I'm waiting for insurance approval for sleep study. In the meantime I was taken off sleep medication (trazodone). I am not sleeping any better or worse since being off of it. I actually had a dream, and it was a great dream... My husband and I owned a villa in Spain, and we were relaxing and swimming in a huge pool. I just love good dreams! I'm considering a wonderful vacation to Spain with my husband as a reward once I meet my weight loss goal!
