Feeling good. I'm watching my sugars and my goal is to stay within 30 grams of sugar per day. This morning I'm having my Nutrisystem cereal which has 7g, and 4 oz. of nonfat milk which has 6.5 grams. My trainer Patrick says that natural sugars (god's sugars) don't need to be counted, so the milk's sugars aren't included in my daily intake, along with natural sugars from fruit, vegetables, anything natural.
248.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
