Would have been down a bit more but Sunday was too many calories. The art of eating out is not yet mastered so even when I think I am doing well, there are always things to watch out for. Trying to shake off the blue feeling I have. Figure for sure I would have been under the 200 lb mark (nasty to say that number) otherwise. I have been encouraged by my trainer to make sure I am eating enough calories each day (I still think 1500 calories is a lot). The mind set won't let go of the 'if I eat that much I'll get fat' concept. Even eating healthier foods I am struggling with this. I did better today and only missed by 100-or-so calories. Hmmmm, eat more to lose more......
