Not much sleep caught up to me Friday night. As soon as I took my grandson home at 5 pm. I came back, sat in my recliner and fell asleep. Woke up a few times but quickly went back to sleep until 4 am! Yay! But slept thru having any dinner to take my evening meds. Ate about 5 am and took my meds then. Oddly enough after all of that sleep, I didn't feel so good. Got a shower and was dizzy, lightheaded. Scared me a bit. Woke hubby up to help me get back downstairs safely and get dressed. Felt flushed even though it wasn't a hot shower 🤔. Heart palpitations all day. But I've had those off and on for years, just hate when they "kick up".
Want to find the right magnesium supplement, there are so many different kind.
I get cortisone shots in my legs again sept 29th. I hate that they can only be given every 3 months as they help so very much but only last about a month and a half. In a lot of pain now and doing anything at all is such a struggle ☚ī¸. Made up some salsa, and mock potato salad tonight hope to make. Iffalo chicken dip (to eat with celery) and Cole slaw tomorrow. It's nice to have something quick to grab when needed as right now it's so difficult to cook even though I've been using an office chair on wheels to roll around the kitchen lol. Where there's a will, there's a way!
