aaaaa I don't know, I'm just going to post my weight once a week on Fridays. I get tired of the up/down/all around roller coaster. I probably will still weigh myself every morning, that is a difficult habit to stop with my obsessive compulsive attitude, but I'm not going to freak out with the creeping up, going down, staying still throughout the week anymore!
Went to doc today and where as his scale weighs me a couple pounds more (fully clothed and mid day), he didn't seem to freak out. All my blood work is fine except the bad cholesterol is a tad high. But he said I can fix that by doing the red yeast rice pills daily (I forget sometimes) and also a friend does asparagus and V8 juice in the morning which has lowered his (and his doctor was amazed) so I may try that also.
I got my new personal computer last night but it took forever to load and update.( My internet is extremely slow), so I didn't get to play with it. I'll try to have some computer & me time this weekend sometime.
Didn't feel well yesterday or today (headache & body aches) but I still have to be at work (this is my lunchtime). YUCK, I probably will just vegetate this weekend.
