I have not worked out at all since Christopher got back from the trip. He'd only gained 1 lb and has still lost more total than I have. I have lost steadily, but in small amounts the last few days, but it's better than gaining!
Clothes fitting a little better. My thighs look somewhat smaller in my bluejeans. MUST get back to my HIIT workouts and finish Week 1 so I can move on.
The kids have been inspired by us I think. Rhiannon has started doing the HIIT and situps as well. Bikini season has a lot to do with it I bet. Corina has been watching what she eats and even cut way back on smoking. She's lost 54 lbs total so far. She'd stopped losing for a while, but our challenge spurred her on to get back at it and has lost again. She's almost gotten below 200 and is so excited.
I am REALLY hoping I've lost more by morning!
