Tomorrow is a new day and a new week. I am more prepared for this week than I have been in a long time. I have breakfasts, lunches and snacks prepared for 4 days. I have frozen soups and chili if I need it this week and I can make some dinners or the week tomorrow night.
2 banana splits (breakfast: banana, yogurt with tart cherry juice, strawberries, melted dark chocolate drizzled over and slivered almonds) 3 chocolate protein shakes (w/yogurt, raspberries and maca powder) 4 meatloaf 4 cauliflower (w/sour cream, cheese and bread crumb topping) black bean & corn salsa w/blue corn chips (ALL organic!)
I have a bunch of spinach, romaine, carrots, green beans, goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, frozen chicken breast.
