tomorrow is my birthday, I turn 50yrs old. today was a cheat day and I didn't do terribly bad, but tomorrow I will begin the Major Weight loss challenge. Time to step up my game!
340.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 140.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
