Lessons learned.
I just spent a week of vacation in the south and I gave myself permission to eat my heart out. I wanted to gorge on seafood, sweet tea and desserts. I came back 2 pounds heavier and wiser. I don't really like desserts that much and I'm not even a good foodie. The best tasting foods I had were the healthiest (flounder and greens in Savannah). Next trip, I'm going to skip the desserts and eat what sounds good instead of what I think will be fun.
