Cheat meal turned to a cheat weekend turned to a cheat Monday! It was bad...real bad...gained 7lbs. Smdh. Getting back on track though.
345.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.8 lb a week

You're not the only one:((( I gained 5 over the weekend, but getting back on track today starting with my exercise and eating right!!! We can do it!!!

Pics of the cheats or they didnt happen! ;-) glad you're back on track. My screen says you only gained 3.1 (kilo), if that is any comfort.
