trying to not get disappointed. I have been really good logging in my calories. Staying just under my 1300 per day . I have even cut down on carbs. I have not lost a pound in two weeks. I have been getting to be early. I have tried my best to get my water intake up. I am supposed to drink 172 oz of water. That is alot!! I can get about half of that down. Then I am up peeing all night.
I am staying strong. I have to keep sweets out of my house. I nave no will power. My daughter made cupcakes this week. I had a week moment while cleaning out the fridge and ate it!! I counted it. 160 cal. ugh.
I know this is TMI i have been so constipated since starting on this low cal diet. I finally broke down and took a supplement to help things along.
I have a long way to go. Especially if it continues to move this slow.
