Holy crap! After eating some crappy food and whiskey last night, huge, BM, and massive drop in weight.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1735 kcal Fat: 96.13g | Prot: 170.29g | Carb: 47.88g.   Breakfast: bacon, egg, gruyere, atkins peanut butter cup, Werther's Original Sugar Free Hard Candy. Lunch: Cytosport 100% whey, psyllium husk. Dinner: cocoa roast almonds, Salmon. Snacks/Other: carb smart. more...
