I could cry but I won't. I wont be defined by the scale but I don't feel my best. Not sure why I can't stay consistent. I eat way too much and work out way too little. Need to flip it now.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
