I don't know how much I believe the numbers anymore. I weighed when I got up at 144.2. crawled back in bed. relaxed. did stretching exercises and played on my phone. an hour later- up to the restroom and thought I would check the scale. down a pound. I don't think so --- but I am logging it!
143.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

I have had the same experience. Weigh when I get up. Sometimes a few moments apart. I usually take the average of 3 tries. Wish It didn't matter so much...but it does.

I discovered that I *always* weigh less at 9:30 or 10:30 a.m. than at 8:00 a.m. Of course, log the lower figire!

your weight varies ~2 - 5 pounds throughout the day, which is why they say to weigh yourself at the same time, each time you weigh in :)

i have had that happen so now i always wait till my body loosens before i weigh myself
