10st 6.6 Fat 25.9% No WW. Not quite the just over a pound I hoped for that would make it half a stone before our hol, but 6.5 off's gotta be better than nothing! Now, if I can just manage to avoid putting it all back on in Scarborough this week so not too much damage to undo before Romania after bank hol... A night away for our anniversary tonight with 3 course dinner & wine and brek, but at a Champneys with spa so at least I've had a swim!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
