Did 30 mins treadmill interval training and then 3 sets of 4 extremely exhausting upper body exercises. And top of it, 2 sets of full crunches and plank poses. Do not have enough energy to take up swimming tomorrow :( unless I get miraculous energy refill by the morning.

Hey Mohit, where do u go for swimming in bengaluroo??

mhumab, Though there are a LOT of pools. Since I live in whitefield, I go to the one near Tubarhalli bus stop. The place is called Gurukul Sports academy. It is right there next to the bus stop, if you go towards the kundalhalli gate, you will find it on the right side. The pool is shallow (about 5 feet at the deeper end) :( and I am kind of bored of it. In case you find any deeper pool nearby, please let me know.
