weigh the same but clothes are starting to fit a little bit better, i really need to kick it up a knotch and start following my diet better and exercise more! im hoping to be under 150 by the end of the month!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
