Day 18. I haven't written in awhile, been a little busy. The diet is going well. Don't really miss the caffine at all, but I am having some funky dreams. Like the other night I dreamt that it was Thanksgiving and eeryone made a circle around me eating their deserts rubbing it in and they wouldn't let me leave. Truth is, I don't miss the sweets either.
I did go to Whole Foods here in Chandler for the first time. Holy Cow. If I wasn't on a diet I could totally get fatter in that place. But I did find deli meats with no additives or antibiotics so life is a little closer to normal for me.
