Up and down a bit after a long "plateau" where I went off plan for a while off and on, adjusting to a new home and a new city, and making excuses. Doing well now and waiting for the weight to stabilize.

SO FULL. IFing makes for some big meals, man.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
