I am doing so well, now that I have discovered my dose of wine on the weekends were the cause of my negative results. The only concern I have now is the disruption in my sleep and my restless leg syndrome, most likely caused by Ketosis. We are going away on the weekend and my best friend will be there also, so I am hoping I wont indulge in the wine and undo all my positive results :)
