Hi LadyM415, I do think you need to make sure you journal your foods, I put everything down, that way you can actually evaluate weight loss or gains with changes in your diet, I know diet soda makes me stall on weight loss but if I drink crystal light with water it doesn't, doesn't make sense but its the way my body works with carbanation I guess LOL!
