I have been doing terrible with my weight loss, when I was tracking what I was eating I wasn't doing well and when I stopped it got even worse. It is time now summer is coming, school will be over soon, and I want to be in good shape before I begin a career as a nurse. The last two days I have done fairly well with my eating. Now my plan is to get back to the gym today.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
