Ok, my doctor says to reduce my calorie intake. Atkins says eat all the fat you want...but I'm sure there is a small print I didn't quite read. I have been eating a LOT of cheese. SO, I will reduce my calorie intake and see what happens...but first, let's see what my daily calorie intake is...

Calories count no matter what diet you are on. Too much cheese isn't good either, even though I love me some cheese, crackers and wine, lol. Good fats like in avocado are healthy. Just mix up your fats some.

If you're going to do Atkins, you have to do it 100%. There are a lot of specific rules and i've heard a lot of people fail because they didn't read into it all. It's not just low carb high fat and there is a limit on cheese at least in the beginning. Anyone who has succeeeded on it (not me, haven't even tried) will tell you to read the book.
