I'm in my last week of weaning off Wellbutrin. It's been a little easier to deal with the resulting emotional roller coaster as I've gotten closer to being done with it. I figure 1-2 weeks after I'm done, I will be on a level ground. My mind seems clearer and I'm able to keep the important things I'm working on in the forefront of my mind. I can focus better. So I'm getting there!!

In the meantime, I have been eating horrible processed foods until this past week. I've slowly gotten back on track and the 8-10 lbs that came back while I ate crap are almost gone again. I refused to change my weight chart on here because I KNOW it's a direct result of the meds changing.

Now on top of this, I have a sinus infection. So I didn't work out Monday or Wednesday. Last night was miserable getting to sleep. I was coughing and choking on all the drainage caused by my antibiotics. I hope tonight is better and that I can work out tomorrow morning.

Food... One of my great friends helped me make a menu for the week. I have 'banana splits' (banana, yogurt, fruit, dark chocolate, almonds) or eggs with onions, peppers, spinach for breakfast with soup (onions, spinach, broth, mexican spices, adobo sauce, chicken) for lunch. Dinner hasn't been as planned, cause I didn't get to cook all my foods for the week and the past 2 nights have been bad. But I will cook something tonight. Perhaps mini meatloaves with cauliflower and carrots on the side. I want to get a potato ricer because I have found a couple things to use it with cauliflower...like pizza 'crust' and the normal mashed-whih I understand to be a world of difference with a ricer.

Anyway, I'm doing better and getting where I need to be. I'm being patient waiting for the meds adjustment to be done and on my way back to being on track again. :-)
