Day 2 of this fat secret logging. As it is Thursday i weighed in as normal and lost 1 lb from Monday. Not good but considering yesterday i started my "star" week im pretty pleased the scales didnt say id now grown to the size of an elephant. Im hoping by next Thursday i will have lost 3lb. Not gorging out on chocolate which i normally do in star week will be a big big help!! Have just discovered Nutella, so that thinly over toast is gonna be my new choc fix.....i hope. Feel really bloated.
