Added in doing at least 15 mins of jogging on the treadmill (even on the weekend!!) (Did I say that in last week's entry?) Kept up with my challenge to myself to get at least 10k steps/day or to get 100 for the week.
This is week threek of the challenge and I will continue with those goals but also add in rounding up of steps - if I'm over 500 steps then I need to get to the nearest thousand before bedtime.
Knee has been holding up pretty well with all this. My legs are WAY too fat to fit pull on braces. I found KT Tape last year and it has been helping. I even walked a decently steep hill without the twinges of pain and uncomfortableness that's usually associated with downhill.
Feeling pretty great with everything. My sleep is slowly getting better. I had set my goal on FitBit's to get 4 hours and I might be able to bump it up to 4.5 hrs (I'm in bed for longer than this -usually 6 to 8 hours but that's how restless I am that I average 4 to 4.5 hours of actual solid sleep)
