I dont know what is going on with me I am hungry and feeling tired today, I shouldnt be hungry I feel like all I have been doing today is eating, better work out double time tomorrow.

Hi, Sandra - I was feeling pretty tired & hungry today too. So, I grabbed the MP3 player, a big ol bottle of water and went for a very energizing walk. Came back, had a small snack, drank a bunch of water and feel soooo much better. Not sure if it is the good music, the blue sky and nice breeze, the water, or the snack (or all put together) that helped so much. Hope you're feeling perky soon. :-)

BTW - I like the way you have recorded your veggies as snacks so you can see exactly what's going on that day. I really should try that because I find myself always trying to add up the amount of veggies I've had in a day and I get confused. I know I don't eat the right amount and maybe if I do it like this it will help encourage a greater percentage of veggies in the net carbs I eat.
Thanks for letting others view - I really like this site and the ability to learn from others is such a help!
