Started a 14 day challenge with Bright Line Eating by Susan Pierce Thompson, PHD. It seems to be just what I need to help conquer my addiction to sugar, etc. I'm also trying to stay on an auto-immune diet plan - no SUGAR, no GLUTEN, no DIARY and a lot of other delicious food that I love. It is HARD, Hard, Hard!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

I haven't heard of this diet. But after a few days away from fast carbs, the attraction goes away. All the best!

Thank you for the words of encouragement. It is really hard for me to get past 3 days without cheating. But I'll keep on trying.
