so, i have gained a few ounces of weight back. some may think that it is no big deal but, i am terrified of the scale moving in that direction again. i have been working so hard. this site suggests that i can consume 2400 calories a day... i have been consuming less that 1200. yesterday i consumed around 1500... i am not sure what i am doing that is sabotaging my success. if anyone has any advice, thoughts, or stories that they would like to share with me, i would appreciate it very much. hopefully, tomorrow is a better weigh in...
264.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
