ATKINS Is FAB ....Having a really chilled day today - just at home tidying,on the computer. I am amazing at the lack of inclination to even think about biscuits , cakes , toast. It just doesn't even enter my mind. To think all these years of eating rubbish and feeling bloated and there was a diet out there that cured all ills and helped me lose weight while rarely having any cravings!!
I suppose what they say about doing something for a certain amount of time will be habit forming is right. Even the fact that I am on induction still on week 5 , amazes me, for all my talk of being a bit bored by the food , I am actually not that particulary bored. I look forward to my yummy salads and salmon dishes with relish and love the fact that the natural fats I am eating make my skin and hair feel fab. I have not bought any more of those bars as I just tend to eat my way through them so I dont think I should have them. SHame that I can't just pick the odd one up in the shop now and again. But I have to go to Wimbeldon to get them and they only sell in boxes.
Weigh in day tomorrow. Because I have been losing so much so well I am expecting to have a week where I may not lose or only lose a 1LB so My expectations are low. I had that night out so it may have stalled things!
