Yesterday was good. Today not so much. Tues am weight was 171.2 hoping I don't gain so much throughout the week this week. Last week was disappointing. Staying in the 170's mostly would make me happy although I won't be ecstatic until I see 169.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
