Glen- I've never had luck with the pre washed bags of kale & my daughter won't eat that kind. I think they might be more suitable for smoothies and juicing. Only when I get really fresh, organic kale from a quality produce department does it come out really delicious in the sauté. It's just more tender and flavorful. The bagged stuff never seems to work out. Maybe its still good in soups though- I don't know.

glen- I'm glad you saw my message. Try the absolute best market you can find (maybe privately owned?) to try kale for the 1st time. 😊
